Valeriy Kuznyetsov joined the ReproMed team in February 2009 as an embryologist. Before joining ReproMed, Valeriy spent 7 years as the Senior Embryologist Researcher at the Reproductive Genetics Institute in Chicago Illinois.
While at Reproductive Genetics he performed all IVF aspects of human assisted reproductive technology (ART) including: biopsy and fixation of polar bodies, blastomeres and trophectoderm cells for PGD/PGS cases, and various research projects. In 2007-2008 Valeriy also worked as the Research Associate for Stem Cell Facility at Children’s Memorial Research Center in Chicago Illinois where he conducted production and made characterization of human embryonic stem cells (hESC) lines.
He began his career as an Embryologist at the Reproductive Genetics Institute in Kiev, Ukraine. Valeriy Kuznyetsov has extensive background in clinical and experimental human ART and animal embryology. He earned his Ph.D. in Biology and Genetics in St. Petersburg, Russia, in 1986.
